Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands). We also ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders over $50 USD (after any discounts, before tax). Free shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 states. Additional fees may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
3. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
All shipments include a tracking number that will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email or by visiting the carrier’s website.

Once the carrier marks your package as “Delivered,” StrapHaven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly and check with neighbors or your local post office.
4. Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. StrapHaven is not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events

Carrier issues (e.g., sorting delays, misrouted packages, staffing shortages)

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at tasmeegaau@outlook.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at tasmeegaau@outlook.com.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will update the address at no charge.

If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the address. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address will be subject to a re‑shipping fee equal to the original shipping cost.
6. Lost or Damaged in Transit
While we take great care in packaging your order, damage can occasionally occur during transit.

Damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the outer box and the damaged item(s) and contact us within 3 days of delivery at tasmeegaau@outlook.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (or 15 business days for Standard Shipping), please contact us. We will file a missing package claim with the carrier on your behalf. Refunds or replacements will be processed after the carrier concludes their investigation (typically 7–14 business days).
7. International Shipping
Currently, StrapHaven ships only to addresses within the United States (including territories and APO/FPO addresses). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
If you are located outside the US and wish to purchase our products, please email tasmeegaau@outlook.com to inquire about future international shipping options.
8. Customs, Duties, & Taxes
For shipments to US territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, etc.) or military APO/FPO addresses, no additional customs duties or taxes apply as these are considered domestic US shipments.
9. Shipping to PO Boxes & APO/FPO
We accept shipments to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Please note that:

Tracking may be limited once the package is transferred to military postal systems.

Delivery times to APO/FPO addresses are typically 10–20 business days, depending on the destination.

Expedited and Express shipping methods are not available for APO/FPO addresses.
