1. Our Guarantee
We stand by our products. For all items purchased from StrapHaven, we offer a 60‑day money‑back guarantee, no questions asked.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition for Returns
To receive a full refund, returned products must be in the same condition as you received them. This means:

The product itself must be in 100% good condition (no damage, excessive wear, or missing parts).

All original manuals, documentation, and accessories must be included.

The product must be returned in its original packaging (the same box it came in).
Note: Products that show signs of use beyond normal inspection, or that are missing packaging/documentation, may be subject to a partial refund or denied return.
3. Return Period for Electronics
For electronic items (e.g., smart watch bands with charging components, electronic tool sets, etc.):

You must initiate the return within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returns requested after 14 days but before 60 days may only be accepted for non‑electronic components or at our sole discretion.
4. Defective or Damaged Products

5. How to Return an Item
